Founder & CEO, Cumin Risk Management Training and Advisory
Gertrude Hachilala Kamwanga is a highly accomplished risk management professional with extensive expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance, Compliance, and Business Continuity Management (BCM). As the Founder and CEO of Cumin Risk Management Training and Advisory, she is dedicated to providing strategic guidance and tailored solutions to organizations seeking to enhance risk resilience and operational excellence.
She holds the prestigious Certified Chief Risk Officer (CCRO) designation from the Swiss Institute of Management and Science and is a Certified Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager (CGRCM) as well as a Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (CERM) from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management (IABFM).
Gertrude has an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Economic Policy from the Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Zambia. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management Zambia (IRMZ).
